ORDERS:

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). 

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been confirmed?

  • Please reach out to the &glazed team as soon as possible via DM on Instagram or email (andglazed@gmail.com) to check on your order status. We're only able to make changes or cancellations if your order has yet been packed or shipped out. 

SHIPPING:

What shipping options do I have?

  • All local orders are being shipped via Standard Shipping at a minimal cost of $4.90. For all orders above $50, we will waive the delivery charges.
  • We are able to provide Expedited Shipping at an additional cost if you require your order urgently. Please reach out to the &glazed team for further information.

Are we able to pick-up the order?

  • Yes. The pick-up location is set at Paya Lebar / PLQ Mall and a minimum spending of $20 is required for this option. This pick-up is arranged on an appointment basis. A member of our team will reach out to confirm a pick-up date/time upon receipt of your order. 

Do you ship internationally?

  • Not currently, however, we do have plans to expand the business so that more people can get access to our beautiful dinnerwares across the world; so stay tuned!

When can I expect to receive my order?

  • Your order should typically take 1-3 business days to process and will be shipped out within 2-5 business days after that. 
  • For orders made during peak periods (e.g. festive seasons), please note that orders may take longer to process and arrive. We thank you for your kind understanding.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

  • Yes, we accept returns for broken/damaged items upon receipt. Please reach out to the &glazed team via email (andglazed@gmail.com) with 3 working days of receipt of your order to start the return process. All return requests are only accepted via a confirmation email. The return address will be provided upon confirmation.
  • We are only able to accept returns/refunds for unused products in its original condition.
  • All costs incurred for the return will be borne by the customer. Delivery fees are non-refundable and &glazed will not be responsible for any lost mail sent back without a tracking number.

DINNERWARES

Are all items listed on &glazed microwave/dishwasher-safe?

  • Not all items are microwave/dishwasher-safe. This will be listed clearly in the item description for your reference. There are some designs containing special design elements (e.g. gold, other metals) which prohibits these pieces from being placed in a microwave.
  • If you have any concerns or questions about any of the products listed, please reach out to the &glazed team and we're more than happy to help you out.

I'm uncertain about the dimensions/sizing of the plate and if it suits my kitchen. Are you able to advise?

  • All dimensions are listed on the product page for your reference. However, in the event that you would like further recommendation, please drop us a DM on Instagram or send us an email. We would be thrilled to schedule a video call or provide any additional information that you might need in order to help you choose the right pieces.
