Conditions of Use
Welcome to &glazed. Our team provides services to subject to notices, terms and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.
We offer Standard Shipping for all orders made locally. Your order should typically take 1-3 business days to process and will be shipped out within 2-5 business days after that. We are happy to provide free shipping for orders above SGD50.
In the event that you require your orders in a shorter timeframe, we are happy to provide an Expedited Shipping option at an additional cost. Do reach out to the &glazed team via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for further information.
Self-Pick Up Option
We are able to arrange self-pickup for all orders above SGD20. Please note that pickups are arranged only at Paya Lebar / PLQ Mall and a member of the &glazed team will reach out to discuss time/date upon receipt of your order.
Returns and refund requests are only accepted for broken/damaged goods upon delivery. If there are any issues with our pieces upon receipt, please reach out to the &glazed team via email (email@example.com) within 3 working days of receipt of the order and we will be happy to assist from there. You can either drop it off at our address (which will be confirmed and provided via email) or mail the items back to us.
Please note that the shipping costs incurred for the return will be borne by the customer. Delivery fees are non-refundable and &glazed will not be responsible for any lost mail sent back without a tracking number.
